天山北坡棉铃虫遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘要: [目的]对采自乌鲁木齐、三坪农场和阜康222团的棉铃虫从分子水平上进行遗传多样性分析.[方法]利用RAPD( Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)技术.[结果]筛选出11条引物,并利用这些引物对棉铃虫的5个种群进行遗传分化的研究.222团番茄种群棉铃虫遗传多样性水平最高,乌鲁木齐玉米种群其次,昌吉南瓜种群最低.[结论]玉米、苘麻和棉花三种不同寄主间,棉铃虫基因交流更频繁;同阜康相比,昌吉和乌鲁木齐两个地理位置的棉铃虫更易进行基因交流.
