摘要: 磷酸丝氨酸转氨酶(Phosphoserine aminotransferase,SerB)是L-丝氨酸生物合成中的关键酶,应用PCR技术从大肠杆菌JM109(E.Coli JM109)中扩增出磷酸丝氨酸转氨酶基因,将其与表达载体pEC 7连接.通过电转化方法,将重组质粒转入黄色短杆菌(Brevibacterium flavum C-11,BfC-11)中,经酶活检测和摇瓶发酵培养,含有重组表达质粒的BfC-11B的磷酸丝氨酸转氨酶的活力和L-丝氨酸产率均比原宿主菌BfC-11有所提高,为构建L-丝氨酸高产基因工程菌的研究奠定了基础.
