摘要: 921.48 cpm,然后随着ATP浓度的增加蛋白激酶的活性不断下降.当反应时间达到10 min时,交叉处理和对照的叶片中蛋白激酶的活性分别达到了最大值9 979.41和7 248.63 cpm,随着时间的增加,蛋白激酶的活性开始迅速下降.
