摘要: [目的]研究菌酶共降解棉秸秆工艺,为菌酶混合棉秸秆固体发酵的研究提供相应的工艺参数和理论依据.[方法]根据羧甲基纤维素酶活和滤纸酶活确定最佳混菌组,采用正交试验,研究不同混菌组、酶制剂、含水量对NDF含量、ADF含量、纤维素含量、纤维素降解率的影响,并且通过感官评价、pH值及干物质含量确定发酵棉秆品质.[结果]发酵最优条件为A1B2C2,即混菌组为Lp+∶TH14∶295∶BS-2=1∶1∶1∶1,酶活为15 000 U/g,加水量为50;.最优发酵条件下,NDF含量降低4.61;,ADF含量降低8.01;,纤维素含量降低10.74;,纤维素降解率达25.62;,pH值为4.21,干物质含量为54.2;,棉秆品质为优等.[结论]菌酶混合发酵棉秸秆提高棉秆品质的最佳条件.
