摘要: [目的]研究杜梨果实总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件.[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验法,以总黄酮得率为考察指标,研究提取温度、提取时间、提取次数及液料比对总黄酮得率的影响.[结果]影响杜梨果实总黄酮得率的主要因素为提取温度,其次是提取次数、提取时间和液料比.[结论]最佳提取工艺为60倍50 ;乙醇在80 ℃下水浴提取4次,每次3.5 h,在此条件下,黄酮提取率为0.377 5;.
