摘要: [目的]对产朊假丝酵母培养基进行优化,以提高其产率.[方法l通过单因素试验,研究不同碳源、氮源、无机盐对产阮假丝酵母产量的影响,对产朊假丝酵母发酵培养基成分进行筛选和优化研究,在此基础上,利用响应曲面法对主要影响因素进行回归分析.[结果]获得最优的增值发酵培养基组成为蛋白胨36.32g/L,蔗糖76.17 g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.98 g/L,硫酸镁1.5 g/L,硫酸铵1 g/L.[结论]产朊假丝酵母在优化后的培养基下OD值可达0.916,菌体于重可达11.15 g/L,比对照组提高了2.08倍.
