美洲大蠊粉对腹泻小鼠治疗的效果

摘要: 【目的】研究小鼠饲料添加剂美洲大蠊粉对腹泻小鼠腹泻率、稀便率、体重、采食量、饮水量的影响。【方法】采用腹腔注射0.02 mL/g的3×108 cfu/mL大肠杆菌菌悬液建立腹泻模型(5 d),其后在小鼠饲料中添加不同剂量的美洲大蠊粉用于治疗(10 d)。分别在1、3、5、7、9、11、13和15 d测定小鼠体重、采食量、饮水量、腹泻小鼠数、2 h内的稀便数。【结果】在1~5 d,与空白组相比,稀便率、腹泻率逐渐增加, 3~5 d内模型组、高、中、低剂量组的体重、采食量、饮水量差异显著(P<0.05)。6~15 d,与模型组相比,稀便率、腹泻率逐渐减小,高、中、低剂量组在第7、11 d的体重、9 d的饮水量差异显著(P<0.05),13 d高剂量组的体重、饮水量、采食量差异显著(P<0.05),15 d高剂量组的体重、饮水量差异显著(P<0.05)。【结论】小鼠饲料添加剂美洲大蠊粉能显著的降低小鼠的腹泻率及稀便率,提高腹泻小鼠体重、采食量、饮水量,且高剂量组显著高于中、低剂量组。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the curative effect of American periplaneta powder on diarrhea rate, dilute stool rate, body weight, feed intake and water drinking consumption in diarrhea mice.【Method】A diarrhea model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 0.02 mL/g 3 × 108 cfu/mL Escherichia coli suspension (5 d), then different doses of periplaneta powder were added to the mice feed for 10 days treatment. The body weight, feed intake, water drinking amount and the number of diarrhea mice in 2 hours were measured at 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 7 d, 9 d, 11 d, 13 d and 15 d, respectively.【Result】Dilute stool rate and diarrhea rate were increased gradually in model group, high, middle and low dose group compared with the blank group for 1 d to 5 d, and after 3 to 5 days, the body weight, feed intake and water drinking amount of the model group, the high, middle and low dose groups were significantly different (P<0.05). During 6 to 15 d, compared with the model group, dilute stool rate and diarrhea rate were decreased gradually in model group, high, middle and low dose group and there was significant difference in body weight in 7 d or 11 d and in water drinking amount in 9 d (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in body weight, water and feed intake in the high dose group on the 13 th day (P< 0.05), and significant differences in water drinking amount (P< 0.05) in the high dose group on the 15th day. 【Conclusion】The additive of American periplaneta powder in the mice feed could significantly reduce diarrhea rate and dilute stool rate, and increase the body weight. In terms of feed and water intake of diarrhea mice, the high dose group was significantly higher than the medium or low dose group.
